Job Title: SAP RPA Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, especially with SAP IRPA (Desktop version, Process Automation, SAP Build), along with hands-on experience in other leading RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The role demands deep technical expertise, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Qualifications RequiredCertification in at least two RPA tools (SAP Build Process / UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism).
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in SAP IRPA (Desktop version, Process Automation, SAP Build / Contextor – Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of the RPA development life cycle.
Stay current with SAP IRPA product updates, roadmap, participate in Beta programs, POCs, migrations, and new feature integrations.
Independently develop automation solutions using SAP IRPA and other RPA tools.
Act as a mentor to junior developers, performing code reviews and offering technical guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues swiftly with expert-level analytical skills.
Design and implement automation solutions based on AS-IS process documentation.
Write custom SDKs in SAP IRPA, e.g., SDKs for Outlook using MS Graph API.
Adhere to COE coding standards, maintain documentation and best practices.
Handle end-to-end automation involving Web, Windows, Email, Outlook, APIs, SAP GUI, and BAPIs.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production verification.
Utilize open-source tools when SAP IRPA limitations arise.
Proficiency in:
SAP IRPA (Desktop, Build, Process Automation – mandatory)
Web/Windows/Email/Outlook/API/SAP GUI/BAPI automation
Unattended Automation & Exception Handling
JavaScript (medium complexity scripting)
Document Extraction, VBScript, MS Graph API, Office 365 Apps
AutoIT, Excel Macros, WebdriverIO
Deep understanding of SAP BAPIs and integration methods.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
