You excel at driving test readiness and execution, managing defects and dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring issues are resolved before they impact downstream milestones.

Above all, you are passionate about delivering quality and ensuring testing provides confidence that SAP solutions are ready for the business.

  • Coordinate testing across business, functional, technical, RICEFW, data migration, integration, security, environment, and deployment teams.

  • Drive test readiness by ensuring test scenarios, test data, environments, integrations, resources, and business testers are prepared for execution.

  • Manage testing against plan and identify execution gaps, blockers, dependencies, capacity constraints, and recovery actions.

  • Lead defect management and triage, including severity, prioritization, ownership, aging, resolution, retesting, closure, and escalation.

  • Develop testing dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into planned versus actual execution, pass/fail rates, defect trends, risks, and forecasted completion.

  • Facilitate testing governance and drive actions, decisions, risks, and issues through closure.

  • Partner with functional, technical, data, business, and deployment teams to resolve testing issues and maintain execution momentum.

  • Support testing exit assessments and provide objective evidence of readiness against established quality gates and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead onshore and offshore testing resources and establish consistent ways of working across teams.

  • Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve test creation, execution, regression coverage, defect analysis, and reporting.

  • Contribute to Delivery Excellence testing assets, accelerators, methodologies, and leading practices.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 50% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you need:

  • Experience leading SIT, regression, UAT, defect management, and testing readiness activities.

  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes, RICEFW, integrations, data migration, environments, and cross-functional testing dependencies.

  • Experience coordinating global, cross-functional, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.
