We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

  • $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception

  • 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and

  • 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Scaled Creator Growth Manager (Contract) to support our mission.

This role can be based Remote or New York and San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Team

The Scaled Creator team is responsible for the growth and success of Patreon's largest and most active creator segments. We sit within the broader Creator Success organization and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to make sure creators at every stage feel supported, informed, and set up to grow.

About the Role

As a Scaled Creator Growth Manager, your focus is entirely on 1:1 growth: identifying which Mid-Market Creators on platform are most primed to break through, proactively reaching out to them, and delivering high-quality consultations that help them earn more and build stronger communities.

This isn't reactive support. You're the one deciding who gets a conversation, when, and why — which means you need a clear framework for identifying creator potential, deep knowledge of the Patreon product, and the ability to show up to every consultation genuinely prepared to move the needle.

What you'll need
  • Experience in creator success, account management, partnerships, or a similar role where you've helped individuals grow their creative work or businesses

  • A clear framework for deciding which creators to prioritize; you can identify who's ready to grow and explain your reasoning

  • Demonstrated consulting skills: you listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and deliver recommendations that are specific and actionable

  • Comfortable operating without a defined inbound queue - you independently identify and prioritize your own outreach opportunities

  • Able to work directly with platform data to surface patterns and growth opportunities, without requiring dedicated analyst support

  • Communicates complex product or strategy concepts in plain, accessible language that feels actionable to creators

  • Invested in creator outcomes - you come to every consultation prepared and follow through on commitments

Bonus if you have

  • You're a creator yourself, or have worked directly inside a creator's team or business

  • Experience specifically with podcast or video creator communities

  • Experience with high-volume proactive outreach and a feel for what makes outreach land

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM/data tools

We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you're a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we'd love to hear from you.
