Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at our Lee F. Jackson Elementary School in White Plains, NY locations for the 2026–2027 school year.

  • Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
  • Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
  • Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
  • Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Candidates must meet ONE of the following qualification options:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
  • A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
  • Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
  • Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
  • Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
