- Manage boards, queries, dashboards, and traceability links in Azure DevOps (or equivalent).
- Support governance and controls:
- Ensure traceability from features/stories to tests and releases; capture required approvals to support security, audit, and SDLC controls (e.g., ICFR).
- Assist with Release on Demand:
- Prepare release notes, change records, rollback plans, and stakeholder communications; facilitate post-release verification and learning.
- Foster a high-performance culture:
- Promote transparency, psychological safety, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement experiments with measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years delivering technology initiatives, with recent experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in SAFe or comparable Agile environments.
- Proven facilitation of PI Planning and iteration ceremonies; experience coordinating cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Expertise with Azure DevOps (or similar) for backlog management, reporting/dashboards, and end-to-end traceability.
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, built-in quality, and DevSecOps; hands-on with flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, WIP, predictability).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to coach teams and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Understanding of enterprise governance and controls (e.g., security reviews, change management, segregation of duties, approvals).
