  • Utilize a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and video) to break into high-value accounts

  • Experiment with messaging and playbooks to improve conversion rates

Qualification & Handoff

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on pain points, budget, and authority

  • Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Executives with detailed notes and context

  • Ensure every prospect interaction is logged accurately in the CRM

Market Intelligence

  • Gather insights from conversations to help refine our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

  • Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company, reporting on competitor moves and market trends

  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and messaging resonance

  • You treat every "No" as a step closer to a "Yes"

  • You answer questions directly and handle objections with poise

  • You demonstrate urgency, ownership, and a competitive drive to hit your numbers

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and qualified meeting quotas

  • Experience navigating complex organizations to reach decision-makers
