About the role

AgelessRx’s Search Engine Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the Marketing Vertical through the development and implementation of online advertising strategies, as well as managing paid search efforts. The Search Engine Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating, refining, and enhancing campaign performance in order to optimize campaigns to reach the target audience with maximum effectiveness. Additionally, the Search Engine Marketing Manager will work in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.  

 

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of keyword research and audience targeting, as well as strong analytical skills to inform the decision-making process and optimize the overall performance of the digital marketing campaign. 

What you'll do

  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search and shopping strategies to meet traffic, lead generation, and revenue objectives.  
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify targeted keywords, develop ad groups, and optimize bids in order to maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns.  
  • Ad Copy Creation: Create compelling and high-converting ads that are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.  
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient expenditures and optimal returns.   
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and financial efficiency by reporting on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC-to-LTV payback metrics to surface actionable insights that guide profitable scaling.  
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to improve the performance of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.  
  • Platform Expertise: Stay current on industry trends and platform enhancements (e.g., Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising).  
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the content, SEO, and creative teams to ensure that the campaign is executed cohesively and aligned with broader marketing initiatives.  
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with product and design teams to develop landing pages that are optimized for conversion rate optimization (CRO).  
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all platform policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid search and shopping campaigns, preferably in telehealth, prescription drugs, or health & wellness  
  • Proven track record in driving ROI through PPC campaigns, specializing in Google Adwords and Microsoft Advertising.  
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.   
  • Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and audience targeting.  
  • A working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and the integration of paid search campaigns with them is required.  
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.  
  • Google Ads Certification and/or Microsoft Advertising Certification is highly preferred.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid search efforts. 
  • Familiarity with programmatic, paid social, and other digital advertising platforms. 
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Kenshoo, or Marin Software)
