Search Engine Marketing Specialist - Surfside

Job Description:

As a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist at Surfside, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative search and social media advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these campaigns, ensuring they meet the desired objectives and deliver high performance for both internal projects and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEM strategies for both search and social media platforms.
  • Manage the creation, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across various search engines and social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, and selection to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and tailor campaigns to align with their goals.
  • Regularly update clients and stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using a variety of analytical tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuous improvements to campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, including SEO specialists, content creators, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SEM and social media advertising.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to enhance Surfsides' overall marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, 3 to 5 years, in SEM, including PPC campaign management on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and experience in campaign design and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
