About the role

Biddable Media Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other bidding-based networks (retail media networks such as Walmart Connect and Instacart), focusing on strategic planning, budget allocation, keyword research, ad creative optimization, and performance analysis to achieve client marketing goals, essentially managing all aspects of "biddable media" through Self-Serve platforms.



Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.

Campaign Implementation

  • Provide hands-on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and similar platforms.
  • Contribute to campaign forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
  • Setting up campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies across platforms
  • Identifying, proposing, and executing testing opportunities across platforms
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools, bringing forward innovative strategies and testing new ad products.


Performance Optimization and Reporting

  • Experience in monitoring front end as well as key performance metrics such as Conversions, Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Strong focus on performance and optimization, reviewing accounts with the team regularly to ensure budget pacing and performance is on par.
  • Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and optimization opportunities.

Communication and Managerial Capabilities

  • Ability to develop performance decks and clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to internal and external clients on weekly/bi-weekly or monthly cadence.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of Media planners or Managers providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of execution and performance across all client accounts under your supervision.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns with strong platform-level knowledge.
  • Strong experience managing Direct to consumer or conversion-based media campaigns while having a good understanding of awareness-based campaign strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
  • Exceptional analytical skills — you instinctively dig into campaign data to understand what’s working and why.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.


Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Retail or eCommerce platform experience (e.g., Walmart connect, Amazon ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.


The pay range for this role is:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year (Hybrid)
