The Role:

As a Securities Finance Product Developer you will be accountable for delivering a first-class digital experience for all Securities Finance clients and internal stakeholders across Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance.

Working with both the Securities Finance and the wider Investor Services Product and Technology teams, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, enhancing, and designing scalable digital products that are fit for purpose and support the needs of clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires an individual who is a change agent, intellectually curious and passionate about delivering innovative lending solutions through data and AI.  You will have previously built, led, and scaled digital and data products; developed innovative and impactful solutions to provide clients and internal stakeholders with the capabilities they need to drive their strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have this experience coupled with a working knowledge of the securities financing ecosystem.

What will you do:

  • Leverage data and performance analytics to drive product decisions and identify opportunities for revenue optimization and risk reduction.
  • Lead initiatives focused on Target Operating Model (TOM) design and transformation, including front-to-back process redesign and platform consolidation efforts.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, acting as a Business Analyst across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as the Product Owner within Agile delivery teams, defining the Product Backlog and directing Technology efforts to deliver. 
  • Coordinate with Change Management and Operational Excellence teams to ensure readiness and adoption across impacted user groups.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the securities financing ecosystem or related capital markets products
  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
  • Proven track record in leading product development of digital client products from ideation through to execution and adoption
  • Proven track record in developing AI and Machine Learning forward solutions; and applying these technologies to real business problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Proven ability to apply design thinking principles to complex problems, fostering innovative and human-centered solutions
  • Proven ability to optimize work processes by balancing effective/efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement, and to balance seeing the 'big picture' while paying close attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
