Progyny is seeking a marketing intern to support the Enterprise Marketing Team.

Progyny’s Segment Marketing Team (within the Enterprise Marketing Team) is looking is seeking a summer intern to provide hands‑on executional support across key marketing initiatives for our priority audiences—clients, consultants, health plans, channel partners, and prospects.

What you’ll do…

  • Update and maintain SharePoint libraries, including presentations, toolkits, and marketing assets
  • Create and format presentations in PowerPoint
  • Draft content for emails, webpages, audience-specific toolkits and other sales collateral
  • Assist with virtual and in‑person event logistics
  • Support email marketing execution
  • Support project coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Track and organize client and member profiles for external marketing use

About you...

  • Undergraduate majoring in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and familiarity with project management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at varying levels of an organization
  • Organized, self-starter who is eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
