Seller Success Manager
We're looking for a Seller Success Manager to join our Seller Growth team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY (US-based). In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our sellers, providing them with the guidance, resources, and strategies they need to succeed on our platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about Depop, driven by seller success, and eager to foster growth within our community.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify growth opportunities for sellers and implement tailored strategies to drive success

Leverage data insights to address challenges and offer actionable solutions.

Educate sellers through webinars, resources, and best practices to boost their success.

Work closely with internal Depop teams to champion sellers' needs, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Monitor and engage with the community, on our Community Forum.

Partner with external stakeholders to drive supply and enhance platform growth.
Qualifications:
-
Background in account management or a similar role, showcasing skills in relationship management and driving growth.

Previous experience in consumer-facing or community-focused roles, showcasing adeptness in community engagement.

Proficiency in utilizing data for insights and decision-making, including experience with data analytics tools to inform strategic initiatives and effectively support sellers.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for developing and maintaining strong relationships with sellers.
-
Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and addressing the needs of sellers to facilitate their success on the platform.

Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

A Depop buyer/seller is a plus
