About Battle Creek Games

Battle Creek Games is a remote, mobile gaming studio behind some of the most-played racing and hunting titles in the U.S., including No Limit 2, Offroad Outlaws, and American Marksman, reaching millions of players worldwide. If you’re excited about contributing to our titles, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview

We’re expanding our Vehicle Modeling team with an ambitious goal: shipping one new car every day.

This team builds the vehicles players aspire to own, race, customize, and show off. You’ll create highly realistic, production-ready cars while helping scale and automate how vehicles are built and delivered in a live-service racing game. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to push both craftsmanship and efficiency forward.

We’re looking for a US-based Senior 3D Vehicle Modeler who truly lives and breathes cars. Every surface, proportion, and material you create should feel intentional and grounded in real-world automotive design.

Beyond hands-on modeling, this role plays a critical part in reviewing contractor work, setting clear quality standards, and ensuring assets are production-ready. The vehicle team will grow to 10+ modelers this year, operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment where ownership, quality, and speed all matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Create high-quality, realistic vehicle models for in-game use

  • Rig vehicles in Blender to support full in-game functionality

  • Create and refine vehicle textures using Photoshop

  • Review contractor submissions, providing clear feedback and approving or rejecting work

  • Create tickets, documentation, and visual guidance to support production

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to improve and scale the vehicle pipeline

  • Help design systems and workflows that enable faster, more automated car creation over time

What You'll Need
  • At least one shipped game as part of a development team

  • Strong vehicle modeling expertise in Blender

  • Solid rigging experience in Blender

  • Proficiency in Photoshop for texturing and refinement

  • A deep passion for cars (racing, tuning, collecting, building, or design)

  • Strong understanding of real-world vehicle proportions, materials, and surface flow

  • Familiarity with how vehicle assets are implemented and used in Unity

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

  • Prior leadership or management experience

Nice to Have
  • Experience working on mobile games

  • Experience on a live-service game

  • Background in racing games or vehicle-focused titles

  • Experience building or maintaining art pipelines, tools, or documentation

Leadership & Ownership
  • Create and maintain vehicle design guides and quality standards

  • Review incoming models and ensure consistency across the vehicle lineup

  • Own quality and readiness of vehicle assets before they reach production

  • Operate with accountability, clarity, and strong communication
