We currently have an opportunity for an Senior Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team.

 

Position Overview

HUB Private Client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and Platinum clients while providing mentorship and leadership to our growing team. This role requires sophisticated insurance expertise, exceptional client relationship management, and the ability to drive strategic renewal and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of high-net-worth & Platinum-level personal lines clients, serving as primary point of contact for complex insurance needs
  • Lead comprehensive renewal strategies, including carrier negotiations, coverage analysis, and premium optimization for sophisticated personal insurance programs
  • Ensure exceptional client service delivery and retention through proactive communication and strategic account management
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and annual reviews, prepare proposals, and policy summaries
  • Collaborate with carrier partners to secure optimal coverage terms and resolve complex underwriting situations
  • Maintain expert knowledge of high-net-worth insurance marketplace trends, carrier appetites, and emerging coverage solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives, providing technical training and professional development support
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to expand the client base and deepen existing client relationships
  • Must have experience working with HNW carriers Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and AIG/PCS

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  • Good typing skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to work within designated time frames
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • College degree or relevant work experience
  • P&C License required

Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must
  • Applied Epic Experience Preferred
  • Required Experience: 5-7 years

 

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
