The Opportunity

As an Senior Account Executive, Social/Digital, you will:

  • Client Service
    • Start with "Yes": Approach challenges with optimism while identifying practical solutions that move work forward.

  • Account & Team Management Support 
    • Brand & Business Expertise: Build a strong understanding of client businesses, industries and objectives across PR, influencer and social programs, bringing informed ideas to the team.
    • Time & Budget Management: Help track project timelines, budgets and scopes, proactively identifying potential risks or changes.
    • Workflow Coordination: Manage day-to-day project workflows across integrated teams to keep deliverables on track and ensure work moves efficiently.
    • Resource & Staffing Support: Accurately manage time in Harvest, flag utilization concerns and communicate upcoming resource needs.
    • Team Development: Support junior team members through day-to-day guidance, knowledge sharing and leading by example.
  • Effective Communication
    • Client Correspondence: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing routine communications, status meetings and follow-ups with confidence.
    • Written Deliverables: Develop polished client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Presentation Development: Contribute to presentations by developing clear narratives, incorporating insights and ensuring high-quality materials.
    • Presentation Skills: Present workstreams, campaign updates and recommendations confidently in internal and client meetings.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Research & Channel Audits: Conduct channel audits, competitive reviews and social listening, translating findings into actionable insights.
    • Audience & Platform Insights: Apply audience, platform and category knowledge to inform content recommendations and campaign planning.
    • Integrated Thinking: Contribute ideas that connect earned, influencer and social channels to support broader communications objectives.
  • Creative Thinking
    • Trend & Cultural Intelligence: Monitor social trends, platform updates and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for brands to participate authentically.
    • Campaign Ideation: Contribute creative concepts for integrated campaigns, social content and real-time activations.
    • Influencer & Creator Ideas: Identify influencer, creator and advocacy opportunities that align with campaign objectives.
    • Collaborative Brainstorming: Bring thoughtful, culturally relevant ideas to brainstorms while helping shape concepts into executable plans.
  • Program Execution: 
    • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social publishing, content calendars and platform execution, ensuring accuracy and quality across channels.
    • Community Management: Support proactive community engagement, moderation and reactive opportunities while maintaining brand voice.
    • Influencer & Creator Coordination: Coordinate influencer and creator logistics, including outreach, contracting, approvals and reporting.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns effectively.
    • Content Development: Develop and refine copy and social content across platforms, ensuring work is on-brand, audience-focused and client-ready.
  • KPI, Merchandising & Reporting 
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities and key learnings.
    • Recommendations: Translate performance data into thoughtful recommendations that improve future work.
    • Reporting Support: Help develop client reports and present campaign results and insights.
    • KPI Tracking: Monitor progress against campaign goals and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Salary: $68,000 - $88,000 (This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. We typically make offers within the 25th to 75th percentiles of the range and do not exceed the listed maximum. Final offers are based on experience, skills and qualifications.)

Interview Process
