The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. You'll play a key role in executing integrated communications strategies, driving media relations, developing compelling storytelling, and supporting day-to-day client management while collaborating with strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver measurable results. 

What You’ll Do  

Our Senior Account Executives are responsible for executing strategic communications programs while serving as a trusted day-to-day client contact across a portfolio of luxury hospitality and travel accounts. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Execute strategic communications plans that support client objectives  
  • Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships through meetings, conference calls, agendas, reports, and regular communication  
  • Develop creative story angles and media pitches that generate meaningful coverage  
  • Draft and edit press releases, media alerts, pitches, briefing materials, fact sheets, talking points, and other communications materials  
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers, influencers, and industry partners  
  • Secure proactive media coverage across national, regional, trade, broadcast, and digital outlets  
  • Identify timely newsjacking opportunities and emerging industry trends  
  • Assist with campaign development, partnerships, media events, and brand activations  
  • Support executive visibility initiatives including speaking opportunities, awards, and thought leadership  
  • Monitor, measure, and report media results while tracking account progress against goals  
  • Mentor and support Account Coordinators and Account Executives, providing guidance on day-to-day account work  
  • Conduct client, competitor, and industry research to inform strategy  
  • Stay current on luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and media trends  
  • Handle day-to-day account needs while proactively identifying solutions and escalating larger issues when appropriate 

Who You Are  

  • Four to six years of public relations experience, preferably within an agency specializing in luxury travel, business/corporate, hospitality, lifestyle industries. 
  • Proven experience with thought leadership and business pitching, including broadcast and niche media. 
  • Strong media relations experience with demonstrated success securing national, regional, trade, and digital coverage 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills 
  • Comfortable working autonomously and being responsible for owning your own responsibilities with initial direction, support and guidance from a supervisor and leadership team 
  • Experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to think strategically while executing flawlessly 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
  • A collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset 
  • Experience supporting partnerships, events, influencer campaigns, and executive visibility initiatives 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the travel and hospitality media landscape 
  • Crisis communications experience is a plus
