We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth for one of our clients focused on the B2B sector in the United States.

  • Compensation: May vary based on location, experience, and skill set. Annual base range between 50k-75k plus on target earnings.
Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation & Pipeline Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong outbound pipeline through organic efforts (cold outreach, networking, referrals) to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights, positioning the agency’s services effectively for B2B clients in the US and adapting messaging to different decision-makers.
  • CRM Management & Sales Discipline: Maintain a structured and consistent use of CRM, ensuring all leads are properly tracked, followed up, and moved through the pipeline without gaps.
  • Value-Based Selling: Leverage strong knowledge of digital marketing to tailor solutions to client needs, communicate clear value, and drive high-quality, consultative sales conversations.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and personal network, without relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Deal Execution & Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections effectively, and close deals, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and delivery teams to build strong proposals, align on strategy, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution.
  • Market Presence & Brand Positioning: Contribute to the agency’s visibility through client interactions, content, or networking, ensuring all communications reflect professionalism and brand consistency.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling marketing or digital services.
  • Proven track record closing deals in the US market.
  • Strong experience with outbound sales and self-generated pipeline.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) – must be able to sell fluently.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services (paid media, SEO, analytics, etc.).
  • Background working in agencies or marketing environments.
