- Translate trends and cultural insights into actionable ideas
- Identifying cultural partnership and collaborations that make sense for your clients and will resonate with their target audiences
- Craft and present client-ready decks that don’t just inform, they inspire action
- Help manage budgets and ensure programs stay on track financially
- Flag resourcing or allocation issues before they become problems
- Contribute to scopes of work, staffing plans, and account budgeting
- Ensure accuracy in time tracking and team operations
- Manage and mentor junior team members with clear direction and constructive feedback

- A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, we value real-world learning, too
- 4–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing ideally across sports, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands
- A genuine passion for sports and culture
- A track record of building and executing integrated communications programs that deliver results
- Strong media instincts, with experience pitching and securing coverage across print, digital, and broadcast
- A “connector” mindset: how to connect brands with media (new and traditional), influencers (from all walks), like-minded partners and shapers of culture
- Clear, confident communication skills—written, verbal, and in the room
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and client relationships without dropping the ball
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across events, influencers, partnerships, sponsorships, and content
- A sharp eye for digital trends and emerging platforms shaping the industry

- Based in the New York Metro area, with the ability to be in our Manhattan office as needed
