Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with Sephora and other retailers. Your strong experience and knowledge of Sephora's operations, product requirements, and customer preferences will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership. This position will give the right candidate exposure to many departments within the company and will provide insight and experience into how a beauty brand is managed from the corporate level.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Retail Partnership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in partnership with Sephora.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand and Sephora, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks through deep knowledge of Sephora programs and initiatives; translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Drive incremental brand visibility across brick-and-mortar stores and Sephora.com.
  • Lead retailer meeting coordination, including calendar management, agenda setting, and preparation of presentations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute Market Week and ITK presentations.
  • Support account budget planning and track investment effectiveness and ROI.

SKU & Data Governance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across retailer portals (e.g., Riversand/Bowser, Ecomundo, K-Link, Snapstrat).
  • Ensure regulatory documentation and retailer requirements are complete and compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits to validate SKU attributes, pricing accuracy, and account data.
  • Manage and maintain pricing lists across domestic and international retail partners.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends using internal and external reporting tools.
  • Identify performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities; develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct multi-dimensional business analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Track new product launch performance and provide insights to internal and global stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular business updates through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management or sales within the beauty industry; Sephora experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sustained business growth
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the beauty landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms
  • Strategic, adaptable, and proactive; able to anticipate challenges and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a high degree of flexibility and ownership

The pay range for this role is
$130k-$150k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
