Senior Account Managers on our Brand Influencer team are responsible for overseeing multiple influencer marketing campaigns, managing client communications, and leading a team of account managers and associates. This role includes developing strategic influencer partnerships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics, and providing high-level recommendations to drive client success.
Responsibilities- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Manage high-level client communications and ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Lead a team of account managers and associates, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee influencer sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring appropriate rates and compelling content.
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and optimize strategies to maximize results.
- Oversee reporting efforts, analyzing key performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist in new business efforts (represent brand influencer team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.).
- Work cross-departmentally with social media, creative, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and activations.
- Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent relations.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years of client-facing communication experience.
- Proficient in influencer marketing platforms and contract negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with campaign analytics and KPI tracking to develop actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
