We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager, Sponsorships to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role is central to managing some of our most high-profile Fortune 500 accounts, overseeing the delivery of complex sponsorship programs across our global portfolio of events in partnership with world-class IP owners such as Warner Bros., Netflix, Disney, and more.


As a trusted client partner, you will lead the management and delivery of sponsorship activations, build deep senior-level relationships, and consistently identify new opportunities to grow long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, exceptional client service, and strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver seamless, best-in-class sponsorship experiences that drive measurable business impact.


Responsibilities


Sponsorship Program Management


  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of sponsorship programs across live events, branded activations, and media extensions.
  • Ensure activations are flawlessly executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple complex sponsorship programs simultaneously.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 clients, building and maintaining trusted, senior-level relationships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client priorities and aligning our sponsorship opportunities to deliver long-term value.
  • Anticipate client needs, resolve challenges proactively, and deliver a consistently exceptional service experience.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Work closely with internal teams to design sponsorship activations that are creative, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Support the development of tailored strategies and activation plans that translate client goals into measurable outcomes.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on best practices in sponsorship engagement, integration, and measurement.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track, measure, and analyze sponsorship performance across events and campaigns.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Use performance learnings to optimize delivery and inform future partnership growth.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for


  • Experience & Background: 5+ years in sponsorship account management, brand partnerships, or event activations, ideally within a media owner, sports/entertainment property, or agency environment. Proven success managing Fortune 500 clients and delivering large-scale sponsorship programs.
  • Client Servicing: Significant experience building and maintaining senior-level client relationships with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Sponsorship Expertise: Deep understanding of sponsorship activation and partnership delivery, with a track record of executing complex, high-value programs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent ability to connect client objectives to creative and impactful sponsorship solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with entertainment, events, sports, and media landscapes, with a passion for sponsorships and brand partnerships.
  • Ways of Working: Confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Additional Skills: Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
