Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Analytics will be an important member of the analytics team, dedicated to transforming complex data into applicable insights to guide results. We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep experience with data analytics, from data sourcing to visualization and interpretation. You will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that insights are both data-driven and aligned with our goals.

Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

  • You will source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • You will write SQL queries to manipulate large datasets, with an understanding of ETL processes.
  • You will conduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to find insights from data.
  • You will visualize data to tell a story and make insights clear to any audience.
  • You will present internally to peers and department partners.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, developments in methodologies, and technologies to ensure best practices in analytics.
  • You will collaborate with teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
  • You will help prepare presentations for partners, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
  • You will explain findings and insights.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of industry experience in analytics.
  • Experience in SQL or other programming language.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Visualize and present data.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
