Join our global enterprise IT MarTech Delivery team where your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in advancing our patient-focused mission through the development and enhancement of Marketing Technologies, Digital Experiences and data-driven insights. Your contributions will directly influence the improvement of patients' lives as you work alongside our global enterprise marketing and sales teams to document requirements, admin technologies, consult and build campaign automations, analyze business needs, and design innovative solutions.

 

How you will make an impact:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Technologies team to develop strategies across the full MarTech stack (including Marketo, CDP, ABM, Showpad, Cornerstone, Snowflake, etc.).
• Partner with IT and stakeholder teams to understand business requirements, configuring and integrating marketing systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless functionality and integration of marketing technology solutions in line with the MarTech roadmap.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, technical roadmaps, and schedules for marketing technology solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Provide system administration support, user enablement, training, and governance across the full MarTech stack.
• Lead and manage enhancements for small to medium-sized projects.
• Configure and test systems to execute features, integrations, and reports.
• Develop functional specifications for system features and reports.

 

What you'll need (Requirements):

 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of related experience 
• Master's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of related experience

 

What else we look for (Preferred): 

• Proven experience in a Marketing Operations or Business Systems Analyst role, with strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.

• Demonstrated success managing enterprise-grade MarTech solutions and collaborating cross-functionally across teams.

• Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and proficiency in at least two of the following: Salesforce, Marketing Automation, CDPs, Learning Management Systems, Sales Enablement tools, or ABM.

•In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies and business processes, with experience across multiple platforms.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for mission-driven work and alignment with Edwards’ values.

• Experience working in global, Agile environments and managing small to medium IT projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Certifications in relevant platforms such as Marketing Automation, ABM, CDP, Adobe, or Salesforce.

• Skilled in identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Adobe CJA, or Tableau.

•Comfortable working in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.

• Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and minimal supervision.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environments.

• Strong documentation skills and ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation.

• Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.

• Experience mentoring junior Business Systems Analysts and enabling team development

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $108,000 to $153,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
