We are seeking a Senior Events Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless, high-impact events that align with ICONIQ’s brand and community mission.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute events from concept through completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and budget management.

  • Manage event registration and tracking using tools such as Splash and Salesforce, ensuring a streamlined attendee experience.

  • Coordinate internal planning meetings and maintain detailed timelines and deliverables.

  • Prepare event presentations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized digital assets across platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive.

  • Support vendor sourcing and relationship management.

  • Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution.

  • Conduct post-event debriefs, analyze outcomes, and implement learnings for future events.

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating events, preferably in the tech or investment space; venture capital experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

  • Technically adept with tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Splash, and Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Curiosity about AI and openness to leveraging technology to improve event processes and outcomes.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000-$115,000 together with the benefits listed above.
