Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, IT operations, or a related analytical discipline.
- Strong experience with metrics analysis, including survey design, data visualization, and trend identification.
- Familiarity with AI or modern engineering tool ecosystems (e.g., developer productivity platforms, AI copilots, or automation tools).
- Comfort working with emerging technology and ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage software licensing, usage monitoring, or cost optimization activities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights for senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level projects, preferably with multiple parallel workstreams.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing assets.
- Strong problem-solving and criticalthinking capabilities, with a high degree of independence.
- Comfortable engaging with engineers, analysts, and leadership, including C-suite audiences.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate within a Center of Excellence structure.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $96,400 to $120,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our newly formed AI Native Engineering team within IT. This team drives the enterprise-wide strategy for AInative tooling, engineering processes, and measurable value realization. As a member of this highly visible team, you will support initiatives that directly influence technical direction and organizational decision-making, including engagements with C-level executives.
As part of the IT Software Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), this role will play a critical part in shaping operational insights, analyzing adoption metrics, developing training materials, and ensuring continuous value capture from AI-enabled engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Data, Metrics & Insights
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, digital experience tools, feedback channels, and usage analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build recurring insights reports and executive-ready summaries that clearly translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor AIrelated credit consumption (e.g., model usage, automation workloads), detect anomalies, and publish trend analyses with recommended actions for optimization.
Governance, Licensing & Optimization
- Manage enterprise-wide AI tool licensing, including allocation strategy, usage monitoring, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Partner with workstreams to define and maintain standards, evaluation frameworks, and governance artifacts aligned to AINative Engineering practices.
CrossTeam Alignment & Communication
- Serve as a connective hub across engineering, IT, product, leadership, and partner teams—ensuring clear communication, shared understanding, and alignment on priorities.
- Produce concise, high-clarity updates for broad technical and nontechnical audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Support program-wide messaging consistency by adopting shared terminology, design patterns, and communication standards used across AI Native Engineering.
Program Execution, Project Coordination & Value Realization
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to coordinate activities across multiple concurrent initiatives, track dependencies, and ensure alignment against goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support pilots, experiments, and adoption activities by preparing inputs, tracking outcomes, and contributing to improvement loops that inform program strategy.
- Capture and curate success stories, case studies, and field learnings to demonstrate measurable value and drive broader adoption.
Training, Enablement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain persona-specific training materials, documentation, and enablement content to help teams effectively adopt AInative engineering tools and practices.
- Create recurring surveys to measure tool adoption, sentiment, and effectiveness; interpret findings and recommend improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility of documentation across shared spaces (e.g., SharePoint, program repositories).
