FGS is seeking a Senior Analyst who will analyze data from CRM and supporting applications to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource deployment, and inform strategic go-to-market planning. This role requires both technical analytical capabilities and strategic business acumen to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze CRM data alongside marketing and financial metrics to identify high-value market segments, customer behaviors, and revenue opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on where to invest sales, marketing, and operational resources for maximum impact
  • Build predictive models to forecast pipeline performance, backlog, and market potential

Go-to-Market Planning Support

  • Partner with commercial leadership to design and refine go-to-market strategies based on data insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion patterns, and sales cycle metrics to optimize marketing and sales approaches
  • Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and whitespace opportunities through integrated data analysis

Data Integration & Reporting

  • Help with integrated dashboards and reports that connect CRM, marketing automation, and financial data
  • Establish KPIs and metrics frameworks to measure commercial effectiveness
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems to enable reliable analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business questions and deliver relevant insights
  • Translate technical findings into business language for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Train commercial teams on data interpretation and self-service analytics tools
  • Contribute to the development of data governance standards and best practices

Attributes

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
  • Proven track record analyzing CRM data (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms)
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation, ERP/finance systems)
  • Demonstrated success translating data insights into business strategy and resource allocation decisions

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level skills in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and data structures
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data models

Analytical & Strategic Capabilities

  • Strong statistical analysis skills with ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Strategic thinking with ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
  • Experience building business cases and ROI models for resource allocation decisions
  • Proven ability to design and implement analytics frameworks from scratch

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or professional services environments
  • Knowledge of revenue operations (RevOps) principles and practices
  • Experience with predictive analytics in commercial contexts
