Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Senior Platform Architect to lead a transformative era for our product ecosystem. This role is at the heart of our most critical technical initiative: unifying our diverse product suite into a single, cohesive platform. You will be the primary strategist behind centralizing identity, consolidating data, and modernizing our core infrastructure to ensure global scalability and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, defining and executing a unified authentication strategy across all products, including password migrations, SSO standards, and secure, low-friction user experiences.

  • Architect and drive data and infrastructure consolidation, migrating data and capabilities from multiple “power products” into a centralized platform hub.

  • Own system modernization efforts, upgrading gateways and message queue architecture to support higher throughput, reliability, and increasing platform complexity.

  • Build a centralized administration layer, delivering a unified “command center” for operational and administrative workflows across the full product portfolio.

  • Establish reliability and observability standards, leveraging RabbitMQ for resilient messaging and Elastic for search, logging, and monitoring to improve platform transparency and uptime.

  • Serve as the primary technical partner to product teams, providing architectural guidance, accelerating adoption of shared platform services, and removing delivery friction through cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a hands-on Architect/Platform Architect role, leading distributed systems initiatives, platform migrations, or large-scale modernization programs.

  • Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# and .NET Core, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable platform services.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including OIDC (OpenID Connect), SAML, and SSO across multiple products or applications.

  • Strong background in SQL Server and data modeling, including schema design, performance considerations, and migration planning for centralized data platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience with RabbitMQ (or similar message brokers) for asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and reliability at scale.

  • Hands-on experience with the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch and related tooling) for search, logging, and observability use cases.

  • Working knowledge of Angular (or comparable front-end frameworks) to partner effectively with UI teams and align platform capabilities with UX requirements.

  • Practical cloud experience designing and operating solutions on AWS (preferred) or Azure/GCP, including security, scalability, and operational best practices.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to guide multiple product teams, drive alignment on platform standards, and unblock delivery.

What We Offer
  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

Why You’ll Like Working Here
  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.

  • Team Up with Skilled Professionals: Join forces with senior talent. All of our team members are seasoned experts, ensuring you're working with the best in your field.
