You Will:
- Contribute creative solutions and innovations.
- Develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture growth and new business opportunities.
- Create and direct the design direction of projects.
- Estimate and manage project timelines to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Promote continual improvement and a culture of excellence by driving Creative discipline and operational excellence using industry vertical expertise.
- Lead and partner with designers, production artists, writers, content analysts, planners, and information architects.
- Perform strategic account planning with senior management in vertical marketing.
- Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfill strategic business needs.
- Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies.
- Lead and build a multi-disciplinary creative team comprised of art directors, designers, information architects, content analysts, copywriters, and audio directors.
- Provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all accounts.
- Develop, monitor, and modify the creative department staffing strategies and plans, including compensation, performance, skills, training, and mentoring.
- Champion quality standards across all creative artifacts and deliverables.
- Continually improve creative department methods, problem solving models, and best practices.
- Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules and budget.
- Engage and inform practice leads from media, technology, research and analytics, usability, and quality assurance to maximize results and ensure client and user satisfaction.
- Support and lead human resource initiatives, with a focus on performance.
You Have:
- 4+ years experience working in a digital agency.
- Strong portfolio of digital design and art direction work.
- Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
- Experience leading a team of designers, production specialists, and writers to creative excellence.
- Experience meeting clients and presenting your work.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development, and creative execution.
- Working knowledge of the latest versions of Mac OS, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Committed to the profession of visual communication.
- Leadership abilities to foster learning and excellence among team members.
- Experience in both digital and traditional media.
