Job Description:
Our team is looking for a Senior Associate, Affiliate & Performance Partnerships, to join our team!
This role will work across several affiliate clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX, iProspect, Merkle and Dentsu Creative.
We are looking for someone with the experience to execute affiliate and
performance partnership marketing programs and deliverables across
various verticals and service platforms.
You will receive on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
External Relationship Management:
Participate in client meetings, agenda calls, reporting and audit presentations
Contribute well-supported ideas and concepts to high-level strategy
Strategic Focus:
Work closely with Affiliate team members and cross team with other performance channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social, Retail Media) to execute cross-channel plans
Understand how the Affiliate channel is a key part of a holistic digital performance plan and how it differs from other marketing channels
Quickly ramp up on active campaigns to help meet client goals and KPI deliverables
Work collaboratively to achieve results
Execute placement bookings, reporting, text ad links, asset trafficking, and partner onboarding and offboarding
Delivery:
Help plan and fully execute affiliate campaigns, including (but not limited to) daily account management, account growth and development, day-to-day organization, and internal and external communications
Audit, review and analyze reports; support optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives and performance goals
Generate revenue according to client KPIs, objectives and approved strategy
Dig into the tech and data to find solutions and answer questions; familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LiftLab, or Tableau a major plus
Qualifications:
Experience in, knowledge of, or enthusiasm for developing expertise in the Apparel, Accessories, and Jewelry sector.
Familiarity with content marketing, content syndication, partnership marketing, or related digital marketing approaches.
Growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn new skills, adapt to change, and apply feedback effectively.
Proven ability to absorb and apply new information, technologies, and processes in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and detail management skills.
Appreciation for how content can support customer awareness, product discovery, engagement, and commercial objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, influencer marketing, partnership marketing, digital marketing, or a related field within an agency, affiliate network, publisher, or brand environment.
Experience supporting affiliate or performance marketing programs, including campaign execution, partner management, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per acquisition (CPA), lead generation, and incremental growth measurement.
Experience analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and using data to inform recommendations and business decisions.
Familiarity with one or more partnership marketing platforms such as Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, Rakuten Advertising, or similar technologies.
Experience working with data sets, performance reporting, invoicing processes, and reconciliation activities with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or related industries.
Familiarity with creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social commerce, or affiliate marketing programs.
Interest in staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving partnership marketing strategies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time.
Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,000 - $69,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
