Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.

About the Role

As Senior Associate, Business Development, you will serve as the operational engine of the BD team, owning the infrastructure, reporting, and materials that keep the team running at a high level. This role is responsible for maintaining deal and pipeline systems, preparing executive-ready communications, supporting cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the BD team's pitch materials are accurate, current, and compelling.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is systems-oriented, analytically strong, and motivated by producing excellent work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with BD leadership and cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, and Operations to support both day-to-day execution and longer-term strategic planning.

This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a drive to produce polished, accurate outputs with increasing independence over time.

What You'll Do

Own BD Deal Infrastructure and Reporting

  • Maintain the BD accounts tracker, pipeline tracker, and opportunity map, ensuring data is accurate and current.
  • Build and maintain pipeline dashboards and reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews.
  • Standardize contract summaries and deal documentation frameworks.
  • Support pipeline forecasting inputs in partnership with BD leadership and Finance.
  • Analyze pipeline performance trends including stage progression, conversion, and velocity, and surface opportunities for operational improvement.

Enable Executive and Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Prepare polished, executive-ready materials for weekly updates, leadership reviews, and board-level growth reporting.
  • Translate pipeline movement into clear summaries of progress, insights, and risks.
  • Partner with Finance to align on forecast assumptions and deal timing.
  • Support Legal on project management of legal documentation and market entry requirements for active deals.

Support Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to annual and quarterly growth planning through pipeline analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Provide structured data and analysis to inform leadership decisions around market prioritization and capacity planning.
  • Synthesize findings into clear summaries and recommendations for BD leadership.

Drive Team Operating Rhythm

  • Own agenda creation and coordination for weekly BD meetings, BD-Finance reviews, and Deal Desk reviews.
  • Track action items, decisions, and accountability across recurring meetings.
  • Identify and flag gaps in meeting effectiveness or team follow-through.

Support Pitch and Materials Governance

  • Maintain and update the BD slide library and core pitch deck, ensuring version control, data accuracy, and messaging consistency.
  • Support customization of materials for specific partner opportunities under the direction of BD leadership.
  • Ensure materials are ready for use with minimal revision before any stakeholder-facing interaction.

What You Bring and How You Qualify

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, BD or sales operations, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting Business Development, Sales, or Strategy teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and dashboarding skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to complete business processes such as dashboards, market research, and materials development.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills with an ability to craft executive-level slides and narratives.
  • Sufficient understanding of commercial context and deal structure to build accurate materials and reporting without requiring heavy guidance on content.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, Finance, and operational teams.
  • Excellent organizational rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Structured thinker who values process, clarity, and repeatability.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, payer, provider, or value-based care environments preferred.
