We are Noble People. A modern creative media agency. We develop original, bold and provocative media ideas for some of the most exciting brands in the world.
Media ideas that aren’t media. Media that isn’t boring. Brand ideas that people love.
We do communications strategy, media planning and buying, and reporting and optimization – but with a lens that respects creativity and without the nonsense that comes along with most media agencies. We are passionate, transparent, and values-driven. We strip out the old rules, find smarter ways to make an impact, and take a modern, innovative approach to media – always through a creative lens.

- Own internal account coordination across strategy, media, analytics, and finance teams to support seamless campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and high-quality client service
- Lead project and campaign management by building and maintaining workback schedules, tracking dependencies, and proactively identifying risks, blockers, or delivery concerns
- Oversee operational workflows tied to campaign execution, including trafficking coordination, QA processes, reporting inputs, internal handoffs, and launch readiness across teams
- Develop polished client-facing materials, including SOW deliverable outlines, agendas, status updates, reporting summaries, presentations, and meeting recaps with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Facilitate productive client meetings and internal working sessions by coordinating preparation, consolidating inputs, documenting decisions, and driving clear follow-up and accountability across teams
- Partner with Client Lead(s), media teams, and finance to support revenue tracking, invoicing workflows, budget reconciliation, forecasting inputs, and staffing documentation as account needs evolve
- Prepare recurring internal reports and operational summaries that help Client Lead monitor progress, priorities, and overall account performance
- Conduct competitive, category, and account research to support client discussions, planning initiatives, and ongoing business needs
- Reinforce operational rigor and process consistency across accounts while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency, including the thoughtful use of AI and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance work quality
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted operational partner for internal stakeholders navigating fast-moving priorities and evolving client needs
- Demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while proactively escalating risks or gaps as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
