About the role...

ShopMy is seeking a highly organized, product-minded, and cross-functional operator to join us as a Creator Enablement Strategist on the Creator team. In this role, you will own the systems and processes that ensure creators always have clear, accurate information about how to use our product, partnering closely with Creator Support, Product, Marketing, and the broader Creator team to translate insights into updated guides, identify knowledge gaps, build scalable learning resources, and steward bugs or friction points through to resolution. This role is ideal for an early-career operator with strong communication skills, sharp product intuition, and a desire to gain hands-on exposure to product management and product marketing through creator-facing launches, messaging, and enablement.

Your Impact to The Role:

  • Serve as the central knowledge steward for the creator experience, ensuring that all product information, guidance, and troubleshooting resources remain accurate, up-to-date, and creator-friendly
  • Partner closely with Creator Support to translate recurring questions, trends, and pain points into updates to our Creator Guide, internal documentation, and scalable learning resources
  • Collaborate closely with Product, partnering directly with the Product Manager on creator-facing features and workflows to understand upcoming releases, surface creator friction points, steward bugs and UX issues through to resolution, and ensure product changes are reflected across all creator-facing materials
  • Work closely with Marketing, and especially Product Marketing Managers, to support creator-facing launches, messaging, and enablement, ensuring creators receive clear, consistent, and accurate guidance across all communication channels
  • Identify gaps in creator understanding and develop solutions—whether LMS modules, updated workflows, or cross-functional enablement—that strengthen clarity and reduce friction
  • Build and maintain the systems, processes, and rhythms that keep knowledge flowing across teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as our product and creator ecosystem evolve

You Are Energized By:

  • Turning messy, evolving product information into clear, creator-friendly guidance
  • Acting as the connective tissue between Product, Support, and Marketing
  • Spotting patterns in creator questions or friction and translating them into scalable solutions
  • Owning systems, documentation, and processes that keep knowledge accurate and up to date
  • Driving clarity in ambiguous situations and proactively closing gaps before they become issues

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of experience in product-adjacent, CX, knowledge management, enablement, or other cross-functional roles in high-growth tech or consumer environments
  • NYC-based (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, with the capacity to understand how product changes, creator behavior, and internal processes interconnect
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear, concise guidance
  • High degree of organization and rigor, with the ability to manage evolving information, multiple inputs, and shifting priorities
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and driving clarity across teams
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a passion for improving creator experience and internal alignment
