Position Overview

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Mediabrands team as a Senior Associate, Integrated Investment. In this role you will assist in the media buying process for our top clients and help take digital buying to the next level. As a Senior Associate, Integrated Investment you will create, innovate, and guide the buying process. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily monitoring of network buys, set specific deadlines for schedules, and ensure resolution of any billing discrepancies 
  • Monitor cable and syndicated buys based on audience delivery data 
  • Evaluate submissions and negotiate pricing 
  • Prepare presentation materials, encompassing all pertinent data on buy, for submission to client 
  • Train associates on best practices of network buying

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Ability to perform media financial operations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven problem-solving ability 
  • Proficiency with Media bank or equivalent Inventory Management system

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • 1-2 years of buying experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
