As a Senior Associate, Leisure Travel Marketing within Chase Travel, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate travel sales. This role requires experience with digital marketing, email marketing platforms, social media strategy, and performance marketing within the leisure travel or luxury space. Using your understanding of our customers and our industry, you will craft content and communication strategies across all of our customer touch points.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the brand, performance marketing, and product teams to plan and create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for email, social media and other marketing channels
- Plan and execute loyalty and referral programs to drive new and repeat high margin bookings
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Plan and execute cross line of business marketing to drive leisure travel bookings among Chase customers
- Develop leisure travel supplier presentations representing the VWT and FROSCH travel advisory leisure offering
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and customer engagement to continuously improve our strategies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing, with a focus on the leisure travel or luxury space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and social media content strategy and development.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns
- Ability to work effectively across JPMC organization and drive results .
- Self-starter; ability to proactively solve problems by establishing key relationships quickly.
- Execute brilliantly while managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

- Master's degree preferred.
