As a Senior Associate, Photo Editor within Chase Content, you will support Chase's Content team by selecting, editing, and managing photography for customer marketing emails and broader organizational needs. Reporting to the Head of Photography, you will collaborate with creative teams and external partners to deliver high-quality imagery across email, web, social, and print channels. Key responsibilities include sourcing and retouching images, tracking requests, and maintaining photo collections, all while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs.

As a Senior Associate, Photo Editor within Chase Content, you will support Chase's Content team by selecting, editing, and managing photography for customer marketing emails and broader organizational needs. Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the creative team, writers, editors, project managers and other stakeholders to consistently deliver imagery that meets the Content organization's high visual standards and aligns with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Communicate with external partners to receive requested imagery and image releases in a timely manner, working closely with the digital asset manager to track asset intake.
- Research and source images from external partners, stock vendors and existing owned assets.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to retouch and resize images to meet visual standards and product specifications.
- Track incoming photography requests and collaborate with requestors to proactively assess timelines and deliverables.
- Assist photo director and creative content team with curating and updating photo collections for internal use.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 4+ years as a photo editor at a digital publication
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of photo retouching and editing in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Advanced knowledge of digital asset management systems
- Familiarity with usage rights legalities and metadata tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services or another regulated industry
