Engagements may include topics such as culture and leadership, organizational effectiveness, org design/operating model, talent/skills, and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead defined workstreams or smaller engagements end-to-end, translating ambiguous client needs into structured approaches, actionable recommendations, and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and test client-relevant insights through research, benchmarking, stakeholder input, and quantitative/qualitative analysis
  • Own major portions of client-ready output, including research, benchmarking, deck development, and proposal materials, ensuring deliverables are clear, cohesive, executive-ready, and require minimal iteration
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with client teams, navigating stakeholder needs with empathy and professionalism and escalating risks/concerns appropriately
  • Confidently present conclusions and recommendations in client meetings and workshops, handling questions and challenges effectively
  • Plan the work for the team (workplans, milestones) while translating and incorporating senior leadership direction and requirements
  • Lead and develop junior team members through delegation, coaching, and quality assurance; contribute to feedback and development planning
  • Support business development and practice growth, including proposal development, IP contributions, pipeline support, and cross-team coordination

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years’ relevant work experience, ideally within a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated interest in (and ideally experience with) people consulting work (e.g., culture, org design, leadership alignment, talent/skills, change)
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality strategic output
  • Strong facilitation and client-handling skills; comfortable with mid/senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated people leadership: delegation, coaching, and quality assurance
  • Excellent judgment under pressure; able to prioritize and drive progress amid ambiguity
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to recognize client needs and broader business context
  • High discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive client topics
