We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Participation in designing the architecture of a large, high-loaded application.
    • Development of new and finalization of current functionality.
    • Implementation of components and services.
    • Control over the quality of implementation

    We expect from you:

    • REQUIRED HARD SKILLS
      - Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET Core
      - Experience developing distributed and/or high-load applications
      - Experience with RabbitMQ or other Message Brokers
      - Required experience with Microsoft SQL Server, experience with NoSQL would be a plus
      - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration tools
      - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
      - Experience with unit testing, integration testing.
    • REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS
      We are looking for a team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable and open to change, quickly learning new technologies and approaches. A strong sense of responsibility is essential, along with the ability to analyze information critically and propose effective solutions. We value proactive individuals who take initiative and seek opportunities for improvement. Strong time management skills are required to prioritize tasks efficiently. Additionally, the ability to handle conflicts constructively and maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations is highly desirable.

    • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
