The RoleThe Senior Brand Designer is a hands-on, lead designer responsible for executing and evolving the brand’s visual world across packaging, campaigns, and key digital touch points. This role brings exceptional design craft, strong systems thinking, and production fluency—ensuring every output is cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into thoughtful, precise design—building scalable frameworks while maintaining high standards across everything from packaging to UX-informed site updates.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Campaign Design Execution- Design and deliver campaign and evergreen brand assets across channels (site, email, social, paid, print, product storytelling)
- Translate briefs into clear visual concepts, layouts, and final deliverables with strong attention to typography and detail
- Maintain cohesion across touch points by applying and refining brand systems consistently
- Contribute ideas that strengthen storytelling, clarity, and overall brand polish
- Lead packaging execution across new and existing SKUs—from concept through production-ready files
- Ensure packaging aligns with brand standards, functional requirements, and sustainability goals
- Translate dielines, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing specs into accurate, print-ready deliverables
- Partner with vendors/printers and internal stakeholders to manage proofing, troubleshooting, and quality control
- Build scalable packaging systems and templates to support future growth and line extensions
- Partner with the Senior Manager of E-Commerce & Retention to support wireframes, flows, and UX solutions as needed
- Apply a strong brand lens to new site features, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Support design of key e-commerce modules and experiences where brand expression and conversion intersect
- Participate in image review and selects from shoots, with a strong point of view on composition, lighting, brand tone, and product storytelling
- Identify the strongest hero and supporting imagery across use cases (PDP, email, paid, social, print)
- Provide clear, actionable retouching notes to ensure imagery feels polished, consistent, and on-brand
- Partner with internal stakeholders and/or freelance retouchers to ensure final files are clean and production-ready
- Build and maintain clean, scalable file systems and creative libraries
- Create templates and guardrails that improve efficiency while keeping output consistent and elevated
- Audit tools and workflows; propose improvements that reduce friction and rework
- Establish shared libraries (styles, components, packaging frameworks) to support collaboration
- 8–10+ years of experience in brand design, visual identity, and/or packaging design
- Strong packaging background, including production workflows and vendor collaboration (beauty/wellness/CPG preferred)
- Excellent design fundamentals: typography, layout, systems thinking, and a sharp eye for detail
- Strong visual judgment and comfort reviewing photography, making selects, and providing retouching direction
- Working knowledge of UX and e-commerce best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
