The Senior Brand Designer at Fi will oversee visual design for brand, product, and experiential. Responsibilities include developing visual systems, designing digital assets, packaging, and physical retail signage, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Welcome to Fi.
We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, TikTok, Peloton, Uber, and more working to transform the human-pet relationship. Our mission? Develop cutting-edge technology to revolutionize what it means to be a pet parent. The pet industry remains firmly stuck in the past and we are here to change that. Fi is leveraging our team's talent and expertise to improve the lives of millions of pets in the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep and behavior monitoring – and that's just the beginning.
The most exciting aspect of our work? Bridging the communication gap between pets and humans. Imagine a world where everyone knows how their pet feels in real time and how to keep their best friend in good shape. That's the future we're building at Fi.
If you're someone who thrives in innovative, collaborative work environments and feels strongly about helping pets live longer, better lives, Fi could be the perfect fit. Join us in our pursuit of the “impossible,” or as we call it here “let me find a way,” to redefine the future of pet ownership together.
Fi is looking for a Senior Brand Designer!
Fi is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own visual design across brand, product, and experiential. You'll build and maintain the scalable visual systems that define how Fi looks and feels across every touchpoint - from product launches and marketing campaigns to digital UI, packaging, retail signage, print, and social. This is a high-craft, high-ownership role for a designer who thinks in systems but sweats the details.
What You'll Do:
- Brand Systems: Build and maintain scalable visual systems across typography, color, iconography, and motion that hold up on every surface Fi touches
- Product & Digital: Apply the brand to digital UI, app design, and web with fluency and precision
- Campaigns & Marketing: Partner with Growth and Marketing to design assets that perform across paid social, email, landing pages, and launch moments
- Packaging & Print: Lead packaging design and print executions that are shelf-ready and brand-right
- Retail & Experiential: Extend the brand into physical environments including retail signage, pop-up activations, and in-store presence
- Social: Ensure social content is visually consistent, on-brand, and built to stop the scroll
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Embed with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to bring design thinking into the room early
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience across brand, visual, and product design
- A portfolio that spans brand identity, digital/UI, and physical/print applications
- Strong command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Growth partners
- Clear communicator able to articulate design rationale and decisions
- High attention to detail and consistent execution quality
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) across a wide range of formats
- Fluent in generative AI tools like Midjourney and Runway as part of the creative process, from concepting through visual development
- Able to design across print and digital with a strong understanding of production requirements, layout systems, and scalable brand application
Why You'll Love Us:
- Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need.
- Top-Notch Health Coverage: We’ve got your back (and teeth and eyes) with full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Wellness Perks: Free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace to keep you feeling your best.
- Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your pup to work — they’re part of the team, too.
- Give Back to the Pups: Make tails wag with a $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through our BarkBack Program.
- Free Fi Membership: Your furry best friend(s) get all the benefits of a Fi collar, on us!
