How you will contribute
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will:
- Lead brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth across the portfolio.
- Develop annual marketing plans, setting clear objectives and allocating resources effectively.
- Recommend and execute integrated commercial and marketing plans that deliver on revenue, profit forecasts, and share objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications rooted in deep consumer insights and brand positioning to win with consumers.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and commercial teams, leveraging strong route-to-market knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Manage stakeholders at multiple levels, operating as a solo contributor reporting into the Cluster Marketing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG
- Proven track record of managing brand P&L and delivering commercial results
- Experience in new product development and go-to-market launches
- Experience managing export markets or working across multiple geographies is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of route-to-market strategy and distributor-led models
- Proficiency in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communications (ATL & BTL)
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate brand strategy into sales outcomes
