The Events team shapes how Robinhood shows up in the world through thoughtfully produced brand moments, owned experiences, and community-driven programming. We design and execute events that strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders while reinforcing Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance for all. The team collaborates closely with Brokerage leadership, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Finance to deliver events that are operationally strong and aligned to business goals. As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sponsorship strategy for Robinhood’s owned events portfolio. You will identify and secure sponsors, develop structured partnership packages, negotiate agreements, and oversee activation from planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting. This role plays a critical part in generating sponsorship revenue while ensuring activations meet Robinhood’s brand standards and event objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison for sponsors and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  •  Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy aligned to event goals, target audiences, and revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure sponsors in partnership with Brokerage leadership and the Events team.
  • Build tiered sponsorship packages and customized proposals that clearly define benefits, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate internal approvals with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors from onboarding through post-event reporting.
  • Oversee sponsor activations, including branded materials, booth builds, speaking opportunities, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage a detailed sponsorship tracker to monitor deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and performance metrics.
  • Act as the on-site sponsor lead during events, resolving issues in real time and ensuring agreed-upon deliverables are executed accurately.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and contribute to reporting that outlines sponsor outcomes, return on investment, and recommendations for future improvements.
What you bring
  • 7+ years of experience in sponsorship or partnership sales and partner management within the experiential or event space.
  • Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-value sponsorships for conferences or brand-owned events.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship strategy, activation planning, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Production teams to execute partnership agreements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing clear sponsorship proposals and presentations.
  • Experience using reporting tools or dashboards to measure sponsorship performance and outcomes.
  • Ability to balance sponsor objectives with brand standards and event goals.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
