About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join Windcave’s team in New York, NY. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting outside and inside sales of Windcave products, resulting in a diverse book of business across Windcave’s multiple solutions.


This role will report to the Enterprise Sales Manager located in the East Coast region of the US.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the payments industry and a strong network of ISOs, agents, or payment partners.

You’ll be a true sales hunter, focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in one of our key markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly through ISOs, payment facilitators, and strategic channel partners.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals;
  • Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries;
  • Achieve sales quotas and targets as defined by management;
  • Attend events and trade shows to build relationships and generate new leads.

About You:

  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship);
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role, from fintech or SaaS or payment sales background.
  • 1+ years of experience , focusing on net-new acquisitions.
  • Existing network or knowledge of the ISO ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Action oriented – you are not afraid to cold call and build your own relationships;
  • Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs.

Salary range is 125k to 130k per annum + Comm
