Senior
Business Development Lead, North America
Potentia
Human Resources is proud to partner with RCR Mining Technologies to recruit a
Senior Business Development Lead, North America, a brand-new role created to
establish and grow RCR’s presence across Canada and the United States. This is
a rare opportunity for an experienced, values-aligned commercial leader to shape
the strategy, build the network, and drive long-term growth for an Australian
OEM entering the North American market.
This highly autonomous, externally
facing role is ideal for someone who knows the mining, aggregates, and heavy
industrial landscape inside and out, and who thrives on building something
meaningful from the ground up. RCR has a strong global reputation, deep
technical capability, and a trusted delivery record. With early momentum
already underway in North America, the organization is intentionally going to
market to invest in a strong leader who can connect the dots, open doors, and
create a sustainable growth platform across the region.

not hours. This is a role built on trust, flexibility, and accountability.
The
Opportunity
Reporting
to the Head of Strategy, Growth & Innovation, the Senior Business
Development Lead (North America) will lead RCR’s regional business development

technical confidence, and commercial acumen.
The
role is remote and location-flexible within Canada or the United States, with
proximity to a major industry hub (e.g., Western Canada, Vancouver, Arizona, or
