Team mission

Lead our Theatre and shows growth as Senior Business Development Manager and set the agenda for our next stage of scale. We’re expanding rapidly in entertainment and need a strategic, results‑driven leader with a record of driving growth. Bring deep industry relationships, technical expertise, and structured problem‑solving to originate, negotiate, and scale partnerships. Your mission
  • Identify and acquire new partnerships within the theater and shows
  • Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with producers, agencies and ticketing companies at various levels of seniority 
  • Negotiate rates and business terms with clients that maximize sales and profitability 
  • Develop innovative strategies to drive revenue and increase ticket sales  
  • Conduct competitive analysis to grow and optimize GetYourGuide’s market share as a meaningful contributor to partners 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Connectivity, Legal and Marketing, and Product teams
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about current trends and developments in the business
Your toolkit
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the ticketing space across theatre and shows- ideally across New York and Las Vegas 
  • Established strong relationships with key contacts across the industry and region
  • Experience in working efficiently with CRM systems e.g Salesforce
  • Proven track record setting and exceeding sales and revenue targets, knowledge of the sales lifecycle and full-funnel thinking
  • Strong understanding of pricing of live events and a familiarity with ticketing system(s) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, overcoming objections, and closing deals with challenging key accounts
  • You bring a high level of business and sales acumen and use data to prioritize your actions

Salary is negotiable but will be starting at 184k per annum as a minimum
