About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to source, win, and grow high-value client partnerships across the full 24 Seven house of agencies. This is a revenue-carrying, sales-forward role with full ownership of the pipeline, quota, and new-business outcomes. You are expected to generate opportunities, move deals forward, and win new business. To support collaboration with internal teams and clients, we’re prioritizing candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

You will prospect marketing, brand, and creative leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, lead discovery and pitch conversations, and partner with Creative Directors and Strategists to shape proposals. Because you sell across SketchDeck, Futureman, Markacy, and 24 Seven, you'll lead with capabilities and connect each client to the right mix of services—from creative production to content, paid media, and flexible talent. The focus is building relationships that grow over time, from initial projects to longer-term, integrated partnerships.

You come from a creative agency environment and are fluent in how creative work gets made, from strategy and concepting through production and delivery. You can confidently guide conversations with CMOs, VPs, Heads of Brand, and Marketing leaders.

This role reports to the SVP, Client Services.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development & Growth

  • Own your pipeline end-to-end—from prospecting through close and expansion
  • Build a pipeline through outbound efforts; you generate your own opportunities
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across marketing, brand, and creative teams, up to the VP and CMO level
  • Lead discovery and pitch conversations to win the work
  • Advance opportunities with clarity, urgency, and strong follow-through
  • Grow accounts by identifying opportunities across teams, regions, and workstreams
  • Expand engagements into more integrated, long-term partnerships
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly forecasts
  • Sell across the 24 Seven house of agencies—partnering with SketchDeck, Futureman, Markacy, and 24 Seven to co-sell and unlock larger, integrated opportunities

Strategic Creative Partnership

  • Lead consultative conversations that connect business challenges to creative solutions
  • Guide clients through the full creative process—from brief and positioning through execution and delivery
  • Build and deliver proposals and pitch narratives with Creative Directors and Strategists
  • Position our agencies as a strategic creative partner, not just a delivery team
  • Clearly articulate how creative work—branding, campaigns, digital experiences, and content—drives measurable impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Directors, and Operations to scope work accurately from the start
  • Hand off cleanly to delivery with clear briefs and aligned expectations
  • Bring market and client insights back to inform offering development
  • Align with Operations early on resourcing and timelines to keep ambition feasible
What Success Looks Like:
  1. Full-cycle opportunity ownership — You own opportunities from outreach through close, carrying defined revenue targets and converting pipeline into long-term partnerships.
  2. Trusted strategic client partnerships — Clients rely on you to guide them, expanding conversations beyond individual projects.
  3. Creative-led business development — You sell creative strategy, not just deliverables, and help clients understand the value of strong creative.
  4. Sustainable, long-term growth — You build relationships through thoughtful engagements, driving consistent growth rather than one-off wins.
  5. Clear ownership of growth performance — You own pipeline health, conversion, revenue contribution, and account expansion.

Requirements
  • 7+ years in client-facing roles within a creative agency, with experience selling creative services
  • Industry experience in fashion, beauty, retail, luxury, or consumer/CPG brands strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting quota ($2M+ annually preferred)
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong creative fluency—comfortable speaking to branding, campaigns, digital experiences, content, and production
  • Working knowledge of creative tools and workflows (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, digital/web production)
  • Comfortable leading client presentations and pitches, with the ability to win the work
  • Experience scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs ($100K–$1M+ deal sizes)
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and expand relationships over time
  • Strong written and verbal communication—clear, direct, and confident
  • Experience navigating executive-level conversations and complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and operations to shape solutions that are both compelling and executable
  • Based in the East Coast or Central time zone preferred

Benefits

Compensation:
Base Salary: $90k + with uncapped commission.
Year One OTE: $150K+
Year two OTE: $250K+ as you build your book of business.

  • Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Fully remote working environment (established pre-COVID and continuing forward)
  • Paid time off that grows with tenure
  • Annual company retreat
  • Computer hardware of your choice (up to $1,500)
  • $500 towards your office setup expenses
  • To work with a talented team of designers, team members, and engineers

Inclusivity Statement
We value diverse perspectives and are committed to an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work daily. If youʼre excited about the role but donʼt meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply—studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply unless they meet all the requirements. Weʼre interested in what you can bring to our team, whether for this role or another opportunity in the future.
