About the Role
Statista is looking for a Business Operations Manager, Americas to support the SVP of Americas during a pivotal phase of growth and operational build-out.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial performance, global go-to-market coordination, and product scaling. You will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into structured execution, with clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
You’ll work across three key areas:
Supporting performance and execution of the Americas commercial business
Coordinating a global GTM initiative across regions and functions
Helping scale Connect (Statista’s API product) through stronger operational infrastructure
This is a highly visible role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
What You’ll Do
Drive Operating Rhythm & Execution (Americas)
Establish and maintain leadership cadences (e.g., staff meetings, pipeline reviews, performance tracking)
Improve execution through clear accountability structures and follow-ups
Support prioritization and progress tracking of key initiatives and decisions
Maintain continuity of operations when senior leadership is traveling or unavailable
Lead Cross-Functional Program Management
Program manage a global go-to-market (GTM) initiative spanning multiple regions and teams
Coordinate across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and regional stakeholders
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Provide structured updates and visibility to senior leadership
Support Connect’s Commercial Operations
Partner with product and business operations teams to strengthen GTM execution for Connect
Help build and refine processes for pipeline management, sales enablement, and marketing coordination
Contribute to establishing scalable operating models as the product grows
Build Scalable, AI-Enabled Processes
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate manual workflows
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Contribute to embedding modern, data-driven ways of working across the team
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Chief of Staff-type roles
Experience supporting or partnering closely with senior commercial leaders (e.g., SVP, CRO, CMO)
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Strong understanding of commercial operations, pipeline management, and GTM processes
Demonstrated experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows
Based in the New York City area (or willing to relocate) and able to work in-office 3 days/week

This is a Senior Individual Contributor role (aligned to Senior Manager level)
Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in-office in New York City
This role focuses on execution and operational excellence, with strong exposure to senior leadership
