  • Improve execution through clear accountability structures and follow-ups

  • Support prioritization and progress tracking of key initiatives and decisions

  • Maintain continuity of operations when senior leadership is traveling or unavailable

Lead Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Program manage a global go-to-market (GTM) initiative spanning multiple regions and teams

  • Coordinate across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and regional stakeholders

  • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments

  • Provide structured updates and visibility to senior leadership

Support Connect’s Commercial Operations

  • Partner with product and business operations teams to strengthen GTM execution for Connect

  • Help build and refine processes for pipeline management, sales enablement, and marketing coordination

  • Contribute to establishing scalable operating models as the product grows

Build Scalable, AI-Enabled Processes

  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate manual workflows

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Contribute to embedding modern, data-driven ways of working across the team

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Chief of Staff-type roles

  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with senior commercial leaders (e.g., SVP, CRO, CMO)

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, pipeline management, and GTM processes

  • Demonstrated experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows

  • Based in the New York City area (or willing to relocate) and able to work in-office 3 days/week

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Execution-focused: Strong follow-through and attention to detail

  • Structured thinker: Able to bring clarity and organization to complex initiatives

  • Collaborative influencer: Builds relationships and drives alignment across teams

  • Proactive communicator: Clear, concise, and timely in updates and follow-ups

  • Adaptable: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Leadership cadences and operating rhythms are consistent and effective

  • Cross-functional GTM initiatives are well-coordinated with clear visibility and ownership

  • Senior leadership is able to stay focused on strategic priorities vs. day-to-day execution

  • Connect has improved operational structure supporting its commercial growth

  • Initial opportunities for process improvement or automation have been implemented
