How We LEAD:

Famehouse is seeking an experienced merch Account/Brand Manager to join our team in New York as a Senior Manager, Artist & Label Services, focusing on pop and k-pop artists.

In this role, you’ll help lead our relationships with each artist team, developing merch & d2c strategies and long-term (rolling 12mo+) calendar plans across all revenue channels—including D2C, tour, VIP, retail sales, and licensing. You’ll work closely with artist teams and label partners to guide the strategy behind every campaign, product launch, and fan experience.

This role requires the ability to energize artist teams around D2C and merch strategies, bringing strong communication, cultural awareness, and collaborative leadership to every client interaction. It requires a strong taste level, deep cultural fluency, and an intuitive understanding of artist brand, aesthetic direction, and creative identity.

Success in this role also requires exceptional collaboration, working closely with many teams both internally and with partners. Candidates must move with positivity, respect, and a team-first mindset, ensuring strong partnerships across the organization and consistently delivering great outcomes for artists.

How You’ll CREATE:

  • Serve as the point of contact at Famehouse for assigned artists, building trusted relationships with artist management, label marketing teams, and creative partners.
     
  • Develop rolling 12-month calendar plans across all channels, including D2C, tour & VIP, retail, and licensing initiatives, working closely with the artist team, label marketing and creative to align plans to wider merch & d2c strategies.
     
  • Develop and present artist proposals, calendar plans, and go-to-market initiatives, driving buy-in from artist teams and key stakeholders.
     
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to all pitch, proposal, and planning conversations, exciting clients to adopt innovative D2C and merch ideas that drive growth while staying true to the artist’s creative vision.
     
  • Partner closely with Campaign Managers to ensure all campaigns and initiatives remain on track to achieve artist and label goals, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize performance and ensuring Campaign Managers are included in all key client discussions.
     
  • Deliver Artist business reviews, campaign recaps, insights reporting, and strategic recommendations.
     
  • Manage artist and label feedback and ensure all executions are aligned with client expectations and artist brand standards, including leading all business and product approvals.
     
  • Serve as a collaborative, trusted partner inside the organization — working closely with a wide range of teams, operating with positivity, respect, and a solutions-focused mindset.
     
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction by ensuring artist teams feel supported, informed, and excited about their partnership with Famehouse.

Bring Your VIBE:

  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, artist relations, marketing, or eCommerce within music, entertainment, or merchandise.
     
  • Experience managing artist relationships in fast-paced environments.
     
  • Understanding of the label, artist, and merchandise ecosystem, ideally with prior label-side, artist commerce, or D2C experience is strongly preferred.
     
  • A passion for the music & culture of the REPUBLIC Collective’s roster is a must. Candidates should bring dedication in serving the artist community and delivering exceptional experiences for their fans.
     
  • Strong understanding of D2C commerce, merchandise strategy, and fan engagement.
     
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to sell ideas and strategies in compelling ways. High degree of comfort communicating with sr. leaders, artist managers, and their teams.
     
  • Strong creative instincts and taste level aligned with artist brands and cultural trends.
     
  • Positive, collaborative leader who works well across many teams and builds trust easily.
     
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and priorities simultaneously.
     
  • Passion for music, fan culture, and building meaningful artist-to-fan experiences.
     
  • Commitment to teamwork and respect for every function is required; must be willing to set personal ego aside for the good of the team and delivering for our artists and partners.
