Our Cloud Architects are pivotal in bridging business needs and technology, engaging with startups at all stages of cloud adoption. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you’ll establish strong technical partnerships with customers, provide expert guidance, and solve complex cloud challenges. If you are passionate about combining architecture design, programming, and customer obsession, we want you on our front lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the technical relationship with customers, operating as their trusted advisor.
- Troubleshoot large production-grade distributed systems, bring innovative solutions, and select the right tools to solve business problems at scale.
- Identify and solve complex performance and availability challenges with our customers.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, industry-leading topics, and best practices, while pursuing and solving problems.
- Take a leading role in creating and presenting technical content (e.g., blogs, meetups, webinars), and give prescriptive guidance on creating business value with technology.
- Collaborate with our customers to design highly available, robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures across multiple verticals.
- Assist customers in building cloud-native architectures from scratch and significantly enhance existing infrastructure to achieve their business goals.
- Lead in-depth architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Architect for large-scale production-grade products.
- 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including at least 3 years with AWS.
- Proven expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in software development with one or more languages such as Go, Rust, Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Experience with networking and security best practices.
- Self-learner, with the ability to take on new technologies, research, and implement new solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge coding skills.
- Collaborative team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-learner who can master new technologies, conduct research, and implement innovative solutions.
- Experience and understanding of the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills – Hebrew & English.
