The problem we are trying to solve : Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. It's a challenge to deliver trustworthy and inspiring content in the moments that matter most during the discovery and purchase cycle. The result? In this role, you sit at the vital intersection of high-level community strategy and hands-on execution, driving the long-term health and retention of our user base. Success looks like continuously ideating retention campaigns, executing high-touch 1:1 member outreach, and designing surprise-and-delight gifting programs that convert everyday users into passionate brand advocates. You will partner closely with our Acquisition, Lifecycle, Content, and Customer Support teams to amplify member stories and scale our community initiatives efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to shape the member lifecycle from the ground up while directly impacting our brand's growth and engagement strategy.

What You'll Do:

    • Analyze community lifecycle data and sentiment to ideate, test, and execute strategic campaigns that improve retention and decrease churn.

    • Execute personalized, 1:1 outreach to top creators and high-value members to build long-term relationships and drive authentic advocacy.

    • Conceptualize and manage end-to-end member gifting programs, custom swag drops, and surprise-and-delight campaigns to reward active users.

    • Build scalable UGC pipelines in collaboration with Editorial and Marketing teams to elevate member-generated content across brand channels.

    • Establish repeatable frameworks, operational playbooks, and community guidelines to ensure initiatives run efficiently as the platform grows.

    • Identify and negotiate strategic co-marketing partnerships with complementary brands and creator groups to expand community reach.

    • Champion the voice of the community internally, translating member feedback and behavioral trends into actionable business insights.

What You'll Bring:

  • Possesses 4+ years of professional experience in community management or community marketing, ideally within consumer platforms, creator networks, or UGC-driven brands.

Nice to Have:

    • Brings previous experience working directly within product sampling, consumer reviews, or influencer marketing platforms.

    • Possesses experience organizing both virtual and regional in-person member events.

    • Demonstrates strong strategic and operational balance, with a proven ability to turn high-level retention goals into clear execution plans.

    • Displays exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with a track record of effective 1:1 member engagement.

    • Exhibits strong data literacy, with comfort using community health metrics (retention, cohort activation, churn) to inform decisions.

    • Demonstrates a highly collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, operations and/or support teams.
