Your mission

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Business Manager to drive our Partner Business Management to the next level in the Americas markets (North & South America). This is a full-time role, based in our New York office - you will need to be based in New York currently or happy to relocate, we would offer relocation support. You will report to our Senior Team Lead - Business Operations & Strategy - Connectivity and your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop Partner Connectivity in the Americas regions by defining and executing on our Connectivity strategy and roadmap
  • Support the Americas Sales teams on tech and business related Connectivity topics e.g., in meetings with key suppliers and partners
  • Be the face of Connectivity in your markets and develop sustainable relationships with Connectivity partners in the regions
  • Monitor and analyze the tech and business performance of our Connectivity partners in Americas, and define programs and initiatives to develop a mutually profitable partnership
  • Generate new API integration leads and co-develop GTM strategies based on company strategy and focus
  • Generate insightful reports on Connectivity status quo and progress in the Americas regions, and communicate key challenges and learnings to various internal stakeholders
Your toolkit
  • 3+ years experience in Account Management, Partner/API Integrations or Business Development
  • Fluent in English, another language spoken in Americas is a plus
  • Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, pro-active attitude and ability to work autonomously
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, evaluate and manage opportunities
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams combining engineering, operations and product
  • Pragmatic, positive mindset who takes initiative to make things happen
  • Able to cope with change and to work in an agile environment
  • Technical background in Connectivity tech, APIs or web-based technology
